If you are only seeing US locations in the app, then you have accidentally signed up for a US account but don't fret. We can fix this!
iPhone Users - Follow these steps:
- Log out of your account and delete the Field Agent App
- Reinstall the app
- Choose the option to create a new account (Say no if your account wants to log you in with your previous user name and password)
- At the bottom of the sign-up page, there will be a drop down menu where you can set your home country as your location. Ensure that you have selected Canada.
- Accept some jobs and make some money!
- Once you create your new account you can reach out to the US support team and ask them to delete the account you made in their system in error. They can be contacted here: https://support.fieldagent.net/hc/en-us
Android Users - Follow these steps:
- Complete the steps to turn off Auto-login listed on this link: https://nerdschalk.com/how-to-disable-auto-sign-in-for-apps-and-websites-on-android/
- Log out of your account and delete the Field Agent App
- Reinstall the app

It is important that your account is created with the correct county selected so that you can have access to all of the jobs available in your area AND so that you can collect the earnings from your hard work.
If your app is registered in a country other than your own, then you won't be able to put in your phone number or bank account information to collect your earnings, which means time and money lost for you, our agents!
