If you must cancel a task and do so within 5 minutes of reserving it, your Agent score will NOT be impacted. If you go beyond the 5 minute grace period, you will lose points off your agent score. The same applies to all expired tasks on your account. It is best to NEVER let your tasks expire in order to maintain and improve your Agent Score.
