If you've completed a task but it won't upload the first thing you should check is if your device is in battery saver or battery optimization mode. This can sometimes be the cause of incomplete submissions. You can do that by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Settings > Apps > Field Agent > Battery
2. Select "Unrestricted"
3. Navigate to Settings > Battery & Device Care > Battery > Disable Power saving mode
4. Close the app completely
5. Hit the left button on the navigation bar at the bottom.
6. Then swipe the Field Agent app away.
7. Reopen the Field Agent app and try to submit again.
